Part I
Chomsky “Let me begin by referring” [...] Chomsky “such a theory may tell it to us”
Part II starts directly from Part I -
Foucault “then isn’t there a danger here” [...] Chomsky “far off the mark”
but then skips a discussion of “legality” leading to Foucault’s “contextualizing” of ideals such as justice.
Foucault — “the idea of justice in itself ” [...] Foucault “can’t find the historical justification”
